Dr. Jay Harris Student Branch Advisor Professor, Department of Electrical Engineering
Kristine Gutierrez Chair Manages all IEEE meetings and all other IEEE activities. Meets regularly with faculty advisor to organize/ prepare for all IEEE events.
Chair Elect Manages all IEEE meetings and all other IEEE activities. Meets regularly with faculty advisor to organize/ prepare for all IEEE events.
Vice Chair Internal (Professional Development) Coordinates all professional development activities and in charge of scheduling guest speakers. Assists in issues like sending maps and parking permits, and collecting bio-data of speakers. Collects address and bio information.
Vice Chair External (Student Affairs) Coordinates all student affairs activities, and presides over new officer elections. In charge of room preparations for all meetings. Coordinates fundraisers. Organizes tours.
Treasurer Oversees financial aspects of all fundraising efforts.
Secretary Coordinates all membership issues and maintains attendance rosters. Communicates to members about meetings and events through group mailing. Corresponds with IEEE speakers. ECE Honors Society representative, liaison to EE and CompE Honors Society. Presents report/ announcements at IEEE meetings.
Historian Documents meetings and events by photography. In charge of the IEEE display board.
John Novella AESC Representatives Liaisons to the engineering student council. Represents IEEE at all AESC meetings. Presents all council reports and announcements to the IEEE branch.
Publicity Manages advertisement of IEEE events. Responsible for signs, flyers and other postings related to IEEE.
Social Chair Manages and arranges all IEEE social events.
Webmaster Designs and develops the IEEE website. Ensures that the site is well maintained and updated regularly.
